Who we are
Pryx Investigations Group ("Pryx", "we", "us") is a licensed private investigation firm. Our Florida license number is A3500138. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website. It does not alter any separate confidentiality or engagement agreement you may sign with us.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide through our inquiry form or direct communication — typically your name, email address, phone number, contact preferences, the type of matter you need help with, and a description of your situation.
For security purposes only, our server records a one-way hashed fingerprint derived from the network address used to submit the form. This is used to limit automated abuse and is not used to identify or track you across websites.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party marketing trackers. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals where applicable.
How we use information
Information is used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to perform the agreed investigative work, meet legal or licensing obligations, and maintain business records. We do not sell or rent client information.
Phone, text, and email consent
By submitting the inquiry form and selecting a preferred contact method, you consent to be contacted by Pryx at the phone number or email address you provide regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing text messages. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message or contacting us at intake@pryxinvestigations.com.
Confidentiality and security
Inquiries are treated as confidential. Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection, stored in an access-controlled database, and readable only by authorized Pryx personnel. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please do not submit passwords, financial account information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information through this website.
Service providers
We use a small number of vetted vendors for website hosting, database storage, and email delivery. These providers process information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Retention and removal
Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed for legitimate business, licensing, and legal purposes, and are then deleted or de-identified. You may request removal of an inquiry that has not become part of an active or legally required file.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, request details about disclosures, and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, and individuals in the EU/UK (GDPR) may exercise these rights by contacting us at intake@pryxinvestigations.com. We will verify your request before responding and will reply within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Legal limits
Some records related to licensed investigative work are subject to legal retention requirements, privilege, or ongoing legal matters and may not be deletable on request. Where that applies, we will explain the basis.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
